WEDDINGS
We have a wealth of experience of playing for weddings and pride ourselves on creating memorable music for your special day. Whether you require music for the ceremony, drinks reception or wedding breakfast we can work with you to create memorable live music for your special day. A saxophone quartet complements the following key moments of the wedding day beautifully:
WEDDING CEREMONY
Live music provides the perfect setting for your wedding ceremony and will make it memorable. We will put your guests at ease with background music as they arrive, play music for your entrance, during the signing of the register and for your exit. We can play anything from classical to jazz depending on your requirements. If you are having hymns in church we are happy to accompany them.
DRINKS RECEPTION
Live music is a perfect way to keep your guests entertained while they enjoy a drink and while your photographs are being taken. If the weather is nice and your venue permits we are happy to move outside.
WEDDING BREAKFAST
Keep you and your guests entertained through the wedding breakfast with background music. We can play saxophones or flutes and clarinets for a gentler background. We are a versatile group who strive to create the right atmosphere for your perfect day. We're happy to discuss your requirements and liaise with you in the months leading up to your wedding day. FUNCTIONS
What better way to launch a new product or keep your clients entertained than booking an innovative and unique saxophone quartet. We pride ourselves on adding a new dynamic to the events we play at. We can entertain with music in a wide variety of styles, whether you like pop, jazz or light classics. You may like us to play a special themed song or play a medley of special songs. We are always smart, professional and strive to keep you and your guests entertained.

EDUCATIONAL RECITALS
As well as being professional musicians, the members of A Good Reed are all highly experienced teachers of music. We can provide an educational recital in or outside school settings, depending on your requirements. Each recital is tailored to specific Key Stages of the National Curriculum and can tie in with, or supplement your programmes of study. If you have a school orchestra or wind group we can give them a masterclass which culminates in a performance at the end of a session. Alternatively, if you would simply like to promote woodwind lessons in your school, we can provide a hands-on informative recital, giving your students the opportunity to try flutes, clarinets and saxophones.
